GUARANTEE AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Payment conditions:
For each reservation, a valid credit card will be requested as guarantee. A valid credit card must be presented at check-in. If you are using a debit card, charges may be applied at the time of booking. Extras and additional services will be paid at check-out.

Cancellation policy:
Once confirmed and accepted, 50% of the total amount will be levied in case of cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival.  In the event of late room cancellations, no-shows, or early departures, guests will directly be held liable for any charges incurred.
