All fees are quoted in EUR Euros and are tax-included for non-Spanish citizens (21%) and Spanish citizens (0% VAT).

Confirm your registration

Thank you for providing a proof of membership below. Please note if you are a member of the Spanish Shoulder & Elbow Society, your 2026 membership will be verified to validate the selected fee. You will be contacted if your membership is not verified.

Places are limited therefore we recommend that you book your tickets early to avoid disappointment. Please note the tickets may also be purchased later on your congress account.

SECEC Junior Night Out

All delegates are welcome to join this event happening on the first evening of the congress (Wednesday 2 September) in Barcelona (free entrance). More information will be communicated later

SECEC Party

Join the party at the Maritime Museum of Barcelona (Thursday 3 September). More information will be communicated later

Registration can only be confirmed once payment is received in full. 

If paying by bank transfer, payment is due 7 days from invoice date and will be automatically cancelled if payment has not been received.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Unforeseen circumstances might result to cancellations. Only written cancellations by email will be accepted based on the received date. Registrations can be transferred to another attendee by emailing the Secretariat. 

Please note that refunds will be processed according to the following cutoff dates: 

• Cancelling 60 days prior to the Congress (July 4) will involve a 20% penalty
• Cancelling between 59 days and 30 days prior to the Congress (August 3) will involve a 50% penalty
• Cancelling 29 days prior to the Congress (August 4) will involve a 100% penalty. No reimbursement will be made.
• In case of VISA refusal, your registration fees will be refunded: a proof of refusal is required.

Payments made on-line with a credit card will be refunded on this valid credit card. For bank transfers, refunds will be processed via bank transfer in Euros after completion of SECEC 2026. Bank charges are the responsibility of the registrant.

SECEC congress organizers are not responsible for any losses incurred by attendees, including (but not limited to), hotel deposits, and airline/train cancellation charges.
