Cancellation Policy

In the event of the cancellation of my participation, I understand:

Until 30 days before the event: 50% of the registration fees will be reimbursed
Less than 30 days before the event: all fees are non-refundable.

If I am unable to attend, I understand that I can transfer my registration to a colleague.

Rules of Procedure

Access to the congress is exclusively reserved for attendees whose registrations have been validated by the organization. The organizers have the right to invalidate the badges and refuse access to any individuals who do not respect the rules of procedure or whose behavior would be likely to disturb the smooth running of the event.

For security reasons, only badge holders can access the congress. All participants are bound to respect safety measures and health procedures applied on the dates of the congress.

The organizers cannot be held responsible for the actions or behavior of the participants.
