Do you need an invitation letter to obtain a visa?

If you need an invitation letter to obtain your visa to attend Blue Economy and Finance Forum in Monaco, please fill in the following information.

Your invitation letter will be sent if your registration has been previously approved by the Organizing Committee. Once approved, your document will be sent to you by email.

We have selected several hotels in Monaco, each offering preferential rates for your stay.

You will find a selection of 7 hotels of different categories, allowing you to find the one that best meets your expectations.
The rates include room and breakfast.

You have the option to reserve from Friday, June 6, 2025 to Monday, June 9, 2025, inclusive. Please note that this offer is not available in all hotels.

To benefit from the preferential rates, you must make your booking directly on this form and not on the hotels' websites.
Kindly note that availability is limited, and we encourage you to secure your reservation at your earliest convenience.

Once you have indicated the dates, selected the desired hotel, and chosen the category, you can proceed to the next step for payment.
The total amount of your hotel reservation will be required.
Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email along with your invoice.
 

Cancellation policy: your booking can be cancelled free of charge until February 17^th, 2025. After this date, in case of cancellation, your reservation will be non-refundable.

To ensure that your reservation is properly recorded and confirmed, it is essential to complete the process by paying for your nights.

Hotel policy

The guest/room occupant is responsible for any damage or disturbance caused to other guests of the selected hotel, its staff, or the hotel's buildings, facilities, and equipment, as well as for any actions that may disrupt the continuity of the hotel's operations.
 

As part of his participation in the Blue Economy and Finance Forum 2025, the participant agrees to review the General Terms and Conditions related to his hotel reservation.

General Terms and Conditions
 

Please be advised that your information will be used for the events purposes only.

The participant authorizes the BEFF, as well as its service provider Live! by GL events, who reserve this right as a commercial reference for the purposes of their own promotion and that of the conference, to capture, record, reproduce and broadcast, without any compensation of any kind, all or part of the photographs and/or videos representing the participant on all material and digital media, including in their institutional brochures, commercial documentation, press releases, advertisements, websites, pages created on social networks, and any other forms/formats of publication in France and abroad for a period of 5 (five) years from the end of the event. The participant may retract this authorization at any time by making a simple written request to the organization.

In accordance with the amended Law No. 78-17 dated 6 January 1978 and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 dated 27 April 2016, Live! by GL events, controller, informs you any data shall be processed primarily for the following purposes: registration and Blue Economy and Finance Forum 2025 attendance, newsletters sending, satisfaction survey.
The communication of these datas is optional. As your consent constitute the legal basis for the processing, it can be revoked at any time.
The recipients of the personal data are : the relevant Live! by GL events departments, partners of Live! by GL events if applicable, and potentialy some processors. Live! by GL events shall only keep personal data for such time as is necessary for the operations for which it was collected and in compliance with the regulations in force. They shall ensure the security of the personal data by implementing a data protection system reinforced by the use of physical and logical security methods.
You have the right to access, question, correct and challenge any data that refers to you, the right to data portability, the right to obtain restriction of processing and the right to set out general and specific guidelines establishing the manner in which you intend these rights to be exercised after your death.
You are expressly informed that you also have the right to challenge the use of your personal data for legitimate reasons, as well as the right to object to the use of this data for commercial prospecting purposes.
