CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of the cancellation of my participation, I understand:

• Until 30 days before the event: 50% of the registration fees will be reimbursed
• Less than 30 days before the event: all fees are non-refundable.

If I am unable to attend digitally, I understand that I can transfer my registration to a colleague.

RULES OF PROCEDURE

Access to the conference online is exclusively reserved for attendees whose registrations have been validated by the organization. The organizers have the right to invalidate the digital registration and refuse access to any individuals who do not respect the rules of procedure or whose behavior online would be likely to disturb the smooth running of the event.

Only registered delegates can access the conference platform and attend online. 

The organizers cannot be held responsible for the actions or behavior of the participants online.

In accordance with the amended Law No. 78-17 dated 6 January 1978 and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 dated 27 April 2016, LIVE! by GL events, controller, informs you any data shall be processed primarily for the following purposes: registration and Hybrid PHC 2024 attendance, newsletters sending, satisfaction survey.
The communication of these data is optional. As your consent constitutes the legal basis for the processing, it can be revoked at any time.
The recipients of the personal data are the relevant LIVE! by GL events departments, partners of LIVE! by GL events if applicable, and potentially some processors. LIVE! by GL events shall only keep personal data for such time as is necessary for the operations for which it was collected and in compliance with the regulations in force. They shall ensure the security of personal data by implementing a data protection system reinforced by the use of physical and logical security methods.
