Delegates are eligible for a refund minus a €50 processing fee for requests made by March 16, 2025. For requests made between March 17 and April 30, 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded, with a deduction of €50. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after May 1st, 2025.

Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount, and all refunds will be issued in Euros.

Registrations can be transferred to another person until May 26, 2025.

In accordance with the amended Law No. 78-17 dated 6 January 1978 and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 dated 27 April 2016, GL events Exhibitions Operations, controller, informs you any data shall be processed primarily for the following purposes: registration and EHS attendance, newsletters sending, satisfaction survey.
The communication of these data is optional. As your consent constitutes the legal basis for the processing, it can be revoked at any time.
The recipients of the personal data are the relevant GL events Exhibitions Operations departments, partners of GL events Exhibitions Operations if applicable, and potentially some processors. GL events Exhibitions Operations shall only keep personal data for such time as is necessary for the operations for which it was collected and in compliance with the regulations in force. They shall ensure the security of personal data by implementing a data protection system reinforced by the use of physical and logical security methods.
You have the right to access, question, correct and challenge any data that refers to you, the right to data portability, the right to obtain restriction of processing, and the right to set out general and specific guidelines establishing the manner in which you intend these rights to be exercised after your death.
