HOW DO I COLLECT MY BADGE TO ACCESS THE CONGRESS?

All participants whose registration has been completed prior to the congress will receive their badge by email approximately 10 days before the event (except speakers, who benefit from a dedicated registration process).

Participants will also be able to download their badge directly from their personal account. The badge must be printed and presented at the entrance to the Congress.

Wearing your badge is mandatory throughout the Congress venue. The badge is personal and non-transferable.

If your registration has not been completed in advance, your badge will be issued on-site once your registration has been finalized (payment of registration fees or presentation of proof of status).

WIFI CONNECTION

During the Congress, you will be able to connect to the ISPO2026 network. No password will be required.

We invite you to download the ISPO FRANCE mobile app now, available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android) via the links below.

On the app, you will find the program and congress map, as well as a new feature that allows you to add other attendees’ contact details by scanning the QR code on their badge.

Ideally located in the heart of Europe, the Lyon Convention Centre is 1h30 from Geneva, 3h from Turin, 4h from Paris, 4h30 from Milan, and 5h from Barcelona by car.
The site benefits from 3 nearby parking areas within the Cité Internationale.

The Lyon Convention Centre is located 10 minutes from Lyon Part-Dieu TGV station and 15 minutes from Lyon Perrache TGV station.

Between Lyon and Paris, there is a high-speed train (TGV) every hour, and up to every 30 minutes.
