An invitation letter in support of visa application can be requested when registering. This letter will automatically be sent by email. Please contact the SECEC Secretariat at: info@congress.secec.eu. It is also available on your personal account.

Please note that the SECEC Organizers cannot intervene in your visa application process; you are responsible for managing your own visa application. For more information, please contact the SECEC Secretariat at info@congress.secec.eu.

Visa invitation letter

If you require a visa invitation letter, you will be able to complete the relevant section during registration. The visa invitation letter will be shared once your registration is fully completed and your request is processed.
