To cancel your participation, please send a written request to contact@ehs2025.org.

Delegates are eligible for a refund minus a €50 processing fee for requests made by March 16, 2025. For requests made between March 17 and April 30, 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded, with a deduction of €50. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after May 1st, 2025.

Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount, and all refunds will be issued in Euros.

Registrations can be transferred to another person until May 26, 2025.

The communication of these data is optional. As your consent constitutes the legal basis for the processing, it can be revoked at any time.
The recipients of the personal data are the relevant GL events Exhibitions Operations departments, partners of GL events Exhibitions Operations if applicable, and potentially some processors. GL events Exhibitions Operations shall only keep personal data for such time as is necessary for the operations for which it was collected and in compliance with the regulations in force.
