Submission Guidelines

Abstracts are required for ALL oral presentations, e-posters and video submissions

• Abstracts must be submitted by January 20, 2025 (23:59 GMT).
• Abstracts must be written in clear English
• Final placement as oral, e-poster, or video presentation is at the discretion of the Scientific Committee
• Abstracts may be scheduled for presentation on any conference day
• Titles should be brief and reflect the abstract's content
• Ensure your abstract is grammatically correct and free of typographical errors
• Verify the presenting author when entering author information online
• If you do not receive an email confirmation, check the email address used for submission
• The presenting author will be underlined in the program and serve as the main contact
• Abstract withdrawals must be notified to EHS Paris 2025 in writing within 14 days of acceptance
• Use generic names for products or companies. Brand names may only appear as references at the bottom of the abstract
• Papers with brand names in the main text  may be rejected
